Job description
- Reverse engineer legacy systems, databases, and workflows.
- Analyze HL7 interfaces, PACS feeds, and clinical data flows.
- Perform data analysis using MS SQL Server (T-SQL).
- Understand .NET applications and data interactions.
- Develop functional and technical documentation.
- Create data flow diagrams and integration mappings.
- Collaborate with business, application, and vendor teams.
Requirements
- Strong MS SQL Server expertise (T-SQL, stored procedures, tuning).
- Reverse engineering and legacy system analysis.
- Data analysis and data mapping.
- .NET application knowledge (C#, ).
- Strong documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare domain knowledge (HL7, PACS, RIS).
- Data warehousing/analytics tools (Snowflake, Azure).
- Integration and interoperability experience.
- Experience with diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io).
Key Deliverables:
- Reverse-engineered documentation.
- HL7 and PACS integration mapping.
- End-to-end data flow diagrams.
