technical and hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning Technical

Kforce's client in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a highly technical and hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning Technical (Integration & Reporting) Contractor with deep expertise in enterprise integrations, reporting, analytics, and financial systems delivery., The ideal candidate will be a strong technical -doer- with proven experience designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex inbound and outbound integrations as well as reporting solutions across Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday. This role requires strong expertise in integration architecture, APIs, ETL/data movement, financial reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and enterprise data transformation.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday
• Strong expertise designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations involving Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday
• Strong experience developing reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and financial reporting solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday
• Deep technical expertise integrating Adaptive Planning and Workday with enterprise systems including Workday Prism Analytics, Palantir, ERP systems, and data platforms
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, SFTP/file-based integrations, middleware technologies, and data transformation frameworks
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Prism pipelines, Workday Extend, and enterprise reporting frameworks
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, and other integration data formats
• Strong understanding of enterprise reporting, analytics, financial planning, and data reconciliation processes
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving operational incidents
• Ability to independently drive technical delivery in contractor and consulting environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
