Job description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and ITSM processes., * Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

  • Configure forms, catalogs, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Perform testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Development and Administration.
  • ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB experience.
  • JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Workflow and catalog development.
  • REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Service Portal and UI customization.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
