Job description
We are seeking an AI Solution Lead/Architect to join our team in support of initiatives including BSI and related programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and governing end-to-end AI/ML architectures across data, models, integration, and deployment and a proven ability to translate business requirements into secure, compliant, scalable AI solutions aligned to enterprise strategy., * Define end-to-end AI architecture using approved enterprise tools, covering data, models, integration, and deployment patterns.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure AI systems aligned with enterprise IT strategy and standards.
- Select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks for AI/ML workloads.
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and systems for priority business use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs, ensuring integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Define data architecture, pipelines, and feature engineering requirements for model development.
- Establish model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
- Implement governance, security, and compliance controls including model versioning, documentation, auditability, and privacy safeguards.
- Ensure safeguards for bias mitigation, explainability, and ethical AI practices.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance, infrastructure, and operational efficiency; monitor drift and accuracy.
- Lead design reviews, provide architectural guidance, and enforce best practices across AI projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Train, mentor, and guide teams on effective use of AI platforms and development practices; act as an AI evangelist.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems; define reference patterns and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience with multiple ML frameworks and libraries and with MLOps practices and tooling.
- Expertise across multiple cloud platforms for AI workloads and scalable deployment.
- Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies for feature and model pipelines.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design and operations.
- System design and architecture skills for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Experience with AI pipeline design across training, inference, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in data architecture and model integration strategies with enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance frameworks applicable to AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with clear stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering and data teams effectively.
- Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, and AI agents.
- Background in Agile delivery and enterprise-scale platform integration.
