Mainframe Developer (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) W2 Only

• 6+ years of experience in software development for enterprise-wide applications
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM
• Strong analytical skills for detailed system analysis and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, debugging, and software deployment
• Data security expertise to safeguard customer information
• Experience with writing COBOL/Native stored procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• System analysis capabilities
• Exposure or willingness to learn Distributed Technologies
• Experience with interface programs passing through CICS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
