Job description
As YUST's IT Manager, you will report directly to the CTO (or the leadership team). You are the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage our data warehouse.
- Maintain and optimise our YUST Ecosystem.
- Configuration of all operational tools used within the company, providing daily support to internal teams.
- Management and configuration of all building-related IT systems, including networks, mobile devices, and physical security.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate new systems, policies, and procedures.
With the opening of each new location, you will assist in writing and maintaining the IT chapters of the specs book. For every new project or opening, you will assist the CTO and the local project manager in the successful implementation and configuration of the building's technical infrastructure in accordance with the specs book.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * You have previous experience as an IT Manager, or in a senior technical role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- You have hands-on experience with:
- A range of hospitality systems such as MEWS PMS, POS, reservation platforms & integrations.
- Microsoft 365 Business suite (incl. Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint).
- LAN network configuration, switching, Wi-Fi, security, etc.
- VOIP, AV equipment, CCTV, IPTV, Access Control, etc.
- BI and data analysis.
- You have leadership experience and a strong understanding of the various IT systems used within YUST.
- You are a sociable team player and a strong communicator (fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus).
- You enjoy a challenge and prefer to take matters into your own hands.
- You possess a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to your work.
- You have an innovative mentality and are always on the lookout for new trends, technologies, and solutions.
