Data Analyst - Customer & Usage Experience Our client is a leading company in the telecommunications and digital services sector, focused on innovation, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Customer & Usage Experience squad. In this role, you will help uncover valuable insights from large and complex datasets to support customer experience improvement initiatives. You will work closely with BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts to develop analytical solutions, create impactful visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze customer and usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop analytical models and apply statistical techniques to generate actionable insights. Translate business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with BI specialists, data scientists, and data engineers. Work with both relational databases and big data platforms.

Contribute to data pipeline and analytics process improvements. Python Relational databases and big data environments Experience with statistical and analytical techniques such as: Correlation analysis Machine learning Data reduction techniques Able to translate business challenges into data-driven insights. Team player with the ability to work independently. Passionate about data and innovation. Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or BI. Languages ~ Dutch & English French & English
