Senior Data Scientist for AI Enabling iv.)

• As a Senior Data Scientist you will act as a mentor and trainer, helping to build and share knowledge across the organization.
• You will be responsible for developing and conducting expert training programs, including direct training sessions and project-based mentoring.
• In this role, you will identify central research topics in the field of AI and develop strategies to enable their practical application within the company.
• You will build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database with a focus on application-relevant AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. Knowledge in Multimodal Foundation Models and Computer Vision is also an advantage.
• Furthermore, you will create practical application examples and demonstrators for targeted training purposes.
• Last but not least you will actively share your expertise at internal Data & AI Community Events and present technical topics in a clear and understandable way.

Do you have experience in Spark?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Education: completed Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a comparable scientific field

• Experience and Knowledge: in-depth knowledge and proven practical experience with relevant Machine Learning and AI methods, especially in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI; knowledge in Multimodal Foundation Models and Computer Vision is advantageous; solid software engineering knowledge with proven practical experience
• Personality and Working Practice: you succeed in communicating complex AI topics in an understandable way and sharing your knowledge with enthusiasm; you are motivated, responsible, and result-oriented in a team and have an open and communicative personality
• Languages: fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
