Job description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support business performance across multiple countries by delivering high-quality reports, deep-dive analyses, and actionable insights. You'll work closely with stakeholders from marketing, product, customer care, finance, as well as management, acting as a trusted partner in translating data into business impact. Your responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Perform in-depth analyses and ad-hoc deep dives to answer complex business questions
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent and meaningful performance measurement
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Manage stakeholder requirements and prioritize analytical work accordingly
  • Present results in a clear, structured, and business-friendly way
  • Lead data projects independently from concept to deliver

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics (marketing or business context is a plus)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks and BigQuery
  • Ability to independently structure analyses and drive projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
