Job description
As a working student, the role focuses on two key areas: firstly, providing direct support for system and process lifecycles, including requirements documentation, testing, and process analysis. Secondly, contributing to data governance activities, such as monitoring data quality, updating rules, and carrying out data adjustments.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support of business requirements documentation for CRM, PLM, and ERP systems
- Assistance in bug tracking, testing, and validation of system changes
- Analysis and optimization of business processes, including identification of improvement and automation opportunities
- Support of data governance activities, including creation, updating, and monitoring of data quality rules and metrics
- Execution of data updates, data cleansing, and maintenance of data governance documentation
- Creation of documentation and communication materials, preparation of release notes, and administrative support (e.g., scheduling, coordination)
Requirements
- Ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, with continuous student status
- Foundational knowledge of software development processes and business/system process mapping
- Competence in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data quality management
- Strong analytical thinking skills and conceptual understanding of agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM, ERP, and PLM systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently
