Job description
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing user equipment (planning, equipment recovery, and reassignment changes).
- Monitoring inventory and software licenses.
- Handling leasing management (contracts, returns, and return audits).
- Managing purchases and renewals, as well as invoice reviews.
- Document management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in inventory management through the use of platforms such as ServiceNow, and document management (including document review). You should also have knowledge of purchasing and equipment renewal processes within an IT environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. A good level of English is also required.
Additionally, knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, as well as software license management and Compliance, will be considered a plus.
