Application Software Developer (backend)

• IATA standardized CUPPS system: Shared passenger processing system (multi-operators / airlines)
• Local Departure Control System : Passenger departure control
• AODB : Airport Operational Database
• FIDS : Flight Information Display System
• FMS - Flight Management System : Flight management, flight schedule, traffic
• BRS - Baggage Reconciliation System
• RMS - Ressource Management System
• Pax-Tracer : Tracking passengers through the airport
• Invoicing : Aeronautical, state, commercial and extra-aeronautical invoicing, We are looking for a Backend Developer to strengthen our development team of 12 professionals. Our applications are primarily built using Angular and React for the front end, and Java and Node.js for the back end.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of new applications, as well as the maintenance and enhancement of existing products. You will also be responsible for preparing technical documentation, procedures, installation guides, and related materials., Given the nature of our business, we work with airports worldwide. As a result, you may occasionally be required to travel for 1 to 3 weeks to support on-site deployments, system updates, and end-user training.

Do you have experience in Web services?, * Solid working knowledge of NodeJS

• Solid working experience building RESTful and SOAP web services
• Solid working experience utilizing test tool(s)
• Experience SQL Commands
• Collaboration experience with concurrent source control (Git)
• Experience with customer-facing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take on challenges and to work in a fast-paced, cross-discipline environment with business analysts, designers, platform engineers, and other software developers, both independently and as a team player
• Subject matter expertise in Travel and Transportation business areas - Airline, airport services, or DCS (Departure Control System) and RES (Reservation System) system services.
• English language require
• Experience in the development of Java-based or DOTNet (CSharp) Back-End applications will be apreciated.
• Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, mail server, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management, SSL, Java Web Security
• Familiarity with Jira
