DevOps Engineer -Senior Lead Engineer - Innovation 36u/w

You & your function: Drive innovation by designing, building, and validating AI applications within a regulated banking environment. As a Senior Lead Engineer, you collaborate with developers, data scientists and business stakeholders to operationalise AI models and ensure compliance with Rabobank's standards. Together you translate technical and business challenges into a fully functional project. Your role is to make it happen technically: assessing feasibility, facilitate with API designs and orchestration patterns, monitor development, and iterating toward solutions that work in practice. Top responsibilities:

• Facilitate integration of GenAI components into existing data infrastructure and enterprise systems

• Own end to end integration outcomes between the different teams

• Align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams and stakeholders

• Translate business goals into actionable technical direction for both teams

• Define and validate integration architecture (APIs, data contracts, orchestration patterns)

• Contribute to technical vision and knowledge sharing within the team

• Proven experience working across multiple teams or departments, aligning technical efforts and driving delivery without direct authority

• Experience facilitating technical discussions and workshops with both engineers and business stakeholders (e.g., prompt workshops, solution design sessions)

• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
