What we need

• Someone cracked at AI agents. Real opinions on tool use, evals, prompt engineering, agentic loops.
• Full stack. Frontend, backend, infra, all of it.
• Ships fast without breaking things. Pushes back when we're wrong.
• Obsessed with this space, or gets obsessed quickly.
• Security and regulatory experience is a plus. We'll be handling real money sooner than you think.
