Job description
We are recruiting for an Administrator Support to join our Minster Cleaning team!
Role and Responsibilities Scanning and filling paperwork. Entering information to excel sheets. Support with processing material and consumable orders for sites, processing the order invoices. Monitoring the time and attendance system. Support with reviewing and booking applicants for job interviews. Supporting the office team in the daily operations of the business. Answering the telephone and passing on messages to the appropriate person.
Roles and responsibilities shall be expanded as knowledge is built.
Hours - Monday to Friday, between the hours 1000am - 1400pm but may vary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Typing?, Pass grade in GCSE in Math's and English preferred though not essential. Competent in written English and fluent in spoken English.
Preferred Skills Microsoft application - proficient in Outlook email, Word, Excel. Competent typing skills. Confident and professional on the telephone, Strong organisational skills, able to priortise and execute daily tasks. Show initiative. Consistently carry out your duties in a consistent manner each day. Hard working and flexible in the hours that are worked to support the needs of the business and perform to a high standard each day. Have good people management and communication skills. Show attention to detail. Pleasant outgoing manner to all people that they encounter at work Commitment to the business Able to work under pressure Able to work as part of a team or independently
