A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate or experienced Software Test Engineer to work for a fast-growing company that develops industry-leading communication software and hardware. Offering a very unique opportunity to see the products you test being used in critical communications, including mission-control space travel! This role has been highlighted as being well suited to a Mathematics or Physics graduate, with some programming knowledge, who loves problem-solving and has a methodical approach to work. We also welcome applications from experienced test engineers. Location: Village location near Cambridge - having the ability to drive would be an advantage; however, there is a shuttle bus from the rail station Salary: £31,000 for a Graduate, more for experienced + competitive plus 8% pension, healthcare, etc. Requirements for Software Test Engineer:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a STEM subject such as Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering - due to the analytical requirements for this role, people from Physics or Mathematics backgrounds tend to do very well
- Good prgoramming knowledge in Python

- A love of problem-solving
- Positive, can-do mentality and a team player
- You are not set on being a 'Software Developer' and love the idea of a highly technical, problem-solving role
