Your day-to-day / What we are expecting from you / Your responsibilities, We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Finance Systems team - a hands on opportunity to learn ERP (JDE) and Finance platforms related to key finance processes along with playing a key role on our roadmap to SAP. In this role you will support an international user base, deliver and implement critical IT projects, and work closely with finance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and tangible business value. You'll gain exposure to finance systems, integrations and automation while contributing to system stability, user enablement and the broader transformation programme.

  • Assist in projects and implementation tasks: configuration, testing (unit/UAT), cutover support and post go live stabilization.
  • Create and deliver user-facing materials: quick reference guides, short training sessions and respond to ad hoc training requests.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and update documentation for processes, known issues and recovery steps.
  • Manage tickets in the service management tool (ServiceNow); contribute to status reporting and issue logs.
  • Work with senior team members on continuous improvement activities- upgrades, process simplification, standardization and automation.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level preferably within an IT or Finance discipline with 2-3-year experience
  • Demonstrate successful past project management across a range of countries and/or platforms
  • Experience in areas below would be ideal:
  • Business Systems Implementations/Support (JDE, SAP or similar)
  • Data and Analytics
  • Power BI
  • IT Service Desk
  • Server hotfixes/application upgrades

Ideally, you will also have

  • Good written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates ability to manage projects
