Job description

  • Own and manage the product backlog and prioritisation
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Work closely with engineering, development and operations teams
  • Support delivery of digital platforms across power systems and grid operations
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement

Requirements

We are recruiting for an experienced Product Owner with strong Power Systems or Utilities sector experience to support the delivery of digital platforms across power generation, transmission and distribution environments.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Energy, Utilities, Grid Operations or Electrical Engineering environments who can bridge business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams., * Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst

  • Strong Power Systems, Grid Operations, Transmission & Distribution or Energy Management Systems knowledge
  • Utilities or Energy sector experience
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence or Azure DevOps
  • APIs, integrations and digital platform exposure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Smart Grid, Renewable Energy or Energy Trading experience
  • AWS or Azure knowledge
  • CSPO or SAFe certification
