Graduate Software Developer

As a Graduate, you'll benefit from a structured Graduate Development Programme designed to help you learn in real-time, on-the-job and through supported training. That includes: Developing and maintaining code. Developing software across the full project lifecycle. Investigating, analyzing and documenting reported issues. Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation. Learn and apply Information Security and Quality Management best practice.

You'll be educated to at least higher level in Computing or a related discipline and have or expect to have a 2:1 or equivalent. You'll also be: A confident communicator. An effective and enthusiastic team player who respects colleagues and clients. Self-motivated with the ability to act on own initiative, and show innovative thinking. Methodical and logical in your approach. Organized and have an eye for detail, and a desire for excellence. If your final year project involved software development we'd be interested in hearing about that too.
