Job description
We're looking for a technical lead with strong experience across IT business systems, ideally within local government housing.
You'll be responsible for:

Working closely with Project Managers / Business Analysts to translate business requirements into system solutions

Leading on the implementation and optimisation of key housing systems

Supporting ongoing digital transformation across the service
-
Providing specialist knowledge and guidance to the wider team
-
Supporting system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements
-
Liaising with software suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery stays on track
-
Driving best practice across system use, integration, and adoption
Key Systems / Experience
Experience with the below is highly desirable:

Total Mobile (Connect, Mobilise)

Civica (Keystone)

MRI (Orchard Enterprise & Assets)
Additional experience welcomed:

Systems migrations and integrations

Working across both on-premise and SaaS platforms

Microsoft SQL Server

Progress OpenEdge databases
Requirements

Proven experience working with complex business systems

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to lead technically while supporting and upskilling a team

Experience within housing / local authority environments (preferred)
