We have an opening for an Area Service Team Leader covering the M25 working within our Service and Solutions team at Michelin. We are looking for an Area Service Team Leader who can manage both our contractual commitments to customers and lead the performance and development of our teams of Tyre Technicians working in our customers' depots.

What will you be doing?
- Oversee the execution of contracts
- Implement performance monitoring
- Cultivate a safety-first culture
- Ensure Tyre Technicians meet the service levels
- Maximise value
- Provide necessary training and development
- Manage resources efficiently
