Job description

Refine and elaborate business requirements into structured delivery outputs

  • Identify architectural dependencies, risks, assumptions and delivery impacts
  • Support integrated planning across technology, data, testing, migration and rollout activities
  • Drive cross-functional workshops with business and technology stakeholders
  • Support Level 2 delivery planning, sequencing and readiness activities
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through to design, testing and delivery execution

Requirements

We're looking for a senior hands-on Transformation Architect to support a large-scale global retail transformation programme within a complex multi-supplier environment.

This role is heavily focused on requirements refinement, integrated delivery planning, dependency management and architectural impact assessment across a major rollout programme. The successful candidate must have experience delivering global retail product/platform rollouts across multiple regions, markets and operational environments.

Key Experience Required:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale global retail or omnichannel transformation programmes
  • Strong background in enterprise / transformation architecture within complex multi-supplier environments
  • Experience supporting global product or platform rollouts across stores, operations, customer journeys and digital channels
  • Ability to translate high-level business requirements into delivery-ready plans, dependencies, risks and sequencing
  • Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, operational readiness, testing and coexistence with legacy platforms
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Delivery and third-party suppliers
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of MACH architecture, APIs, cloud-native and composable platforms, Retail or regulated industry experience
  • Experience with large-scale store or customer platform rollouts
  • Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and PI planning experience
