Job description

We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking AI professional to design and implement intelligent, AI-driven workflows that deliver scalable, production-ready solutions with real operational impact. Main Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents for operational and IT processes (planning, diagnostics, documentation, quality checks, etc.)
  • Develop solutions primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, M365 Copilot), integrating additional tools where valuable
  • Re-engineer end-to-end business processes and translate them into AI-enabled or AI-native workflows
  • Define automation levels (human-driven, AI-assisted, fully automated), including escalation rules and fallback logic
  • Ensure integration with enterprise systems (e.g. IFS ERP), avoiding shadow IT
  • Ensure AI solutions are explainable, traceable, and monitoredContribute to the company AI strategy through concrete use cases and implementations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Proven experience in building AI solutions or automation workflows

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, APIs, M365, Copilot)
  • Experience in process analysis and re-engineering
  • Strong API and integration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership
  • Strong business understanding and systems thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desirable

  • Experience in energy, O&M, or industrial environments
  • Exposure to ERP/EAM systems (e.g. IFS)Experience with human-in-the-loop automation models
