Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a major pensions transformation programme within a fast-paced insurance environment., * Designing end-to-end architecture solutions for pensions transformation programmes
- Aligning business and technology strategies across enterprise platforms
- Working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Supporting delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and operationally effective
- Driving best practice architecture standards across the programme
Requirements
This is a senior architecture role requiring deep expertise in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration and proven experience delivering complex end-to-end solutions across pensions and insurance platforms.
You will be responsible for shaping solution architecture across large business portfolios, engaging senior stakeholders, and guiding delivery teams through enterprise-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires a strong consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions., * 5+ years' experience within Insurance and/or Pensions environments
- Deep expertise in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration (essential)
- Strong experience delivering pensions-related transformation programmes
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems
- CRM platform experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Experience designing integration solutions and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of enterprise software and process automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within consulting or systems integration environments
- Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation, models, and solution designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across distributed and cross-functional teams
