Job description
Partner with business and operational stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define product requirements
- Translate operational and business needs into structured product and technical deliverables
- Support the development and prioritisation of product roadmaps, features and business logic
- Drive change management activities including communications, stakeholder alignment, training and adoption
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts and engineering teams to support delivery of decision-support and optimisation tools
- Define and track product KPIs, business value and adoption metrics
- Support process redesign and operational transformation initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration across business, product, delivery and technical teams
Requirements
This role requires a strong blend of product management, business change and stakeholder engagement experience, ideally within data science, analytics, optimisation or operational planning environments., Strong experience in Product Management and Change Management within complex operational environments
- Experience delivering or supporting data-led, analytics or data science products
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams in fast-paced transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Experience translating business challenges into structured delivery outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Highly Desirable
- Experience within aviation, transport, logistics or other operationally complex industries
- Experience working with optimisation, forecasting, decision-support or operational planning products
- Background working alongside Data Science, AI, Analytics or Engineering teams
- Consulting or large-scale transformation programme experience
