Senior / Staff Full Stack Software Engineer - Partner Platform

We are currently seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join Addepar in our Partner Platform team! We are building out a new platform from scratch which will enable third parties to simply and safely engage with Addepar at scale. Our team works on critical business problems where you will have a chance to have a high impact towards company key goals and mission set for 2030.

What You'll Do

• Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems;
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Lead individual project priorities, deadlines, and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers and partners on projects.
• Communicate technical ideas and set direction on projects with a focus on solving business challenges.
• Participate in the design and development of a strategic product for Addepar.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that's also scalable and extensible.

• B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field of study (or equivalent practical experience).

• Extensive Software Engineering experience

• A Frontend or Backend Engineer able to work across the full stack, specifically with Java and React . Ability to work with React is a requirement .

• A strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems.

• Passion for implementing standard processes with a bias toward smart automation.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers.

• Experience with databases, SQL and/or data lake architectures is a plus

• A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate with Product and Design and be the engineering voice in the room, challenge solutions and commit.
