Job description
You will work closely with our clients to understand their brand, goals and stakeholders.
From there, you will create site maps, wireframes and prototypes before moving on to designing websites optimised for all devices.
As an integral part of our digital team, you'll be working alongside project managers, copywriters and website developers., * Create beautiful and user-friendly website designs that work as well on a mobile as they do on a desktop
- Design site maps, wireframes and prototypes
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality and performance
- Develop website graphics, animations and other multimedia elements
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, new technologies and best practices
- Communicate with clients to understand their website design requirements and preferences
- Interpret user research from workshops and surveys to make recommendations and support design decisions
- Provide regular website design updates and recommendations to clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Perform website usability testing to ensure a positive user experience

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices

Experience designing for web, mobile and other digital platforms

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Desirable but not essential

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Experience with motion graphics and animation

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design

Experience with Google Analytics and goal tracking

Coding experience (HTML and PHP)
