Job description

A senior, hands-on technical implementation role working directly with enterprise clients. You will lead complex customer deployments, write and debug production and integration code, and ensure successful adoption of an AI-native platform across insurer workflows., * Write and maintain production and integration code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL as part of client implementations and internal tooling

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations, managing timelines, risks, and plans
  • Configure, integrate, and develop custom features to fit client systems and workflows
  • Own customer-facing calls, UAT sessions, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to manage dependencies and communicate change impacts
  • Drive internal automation and process improvements to improve delivery efficiency
  • Produce and maintain documentation including runbooks, best practices, and delivery playbooks
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Background in software engineering, solutions architecture, or field/customer-facing engineering
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience; a formal CS degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
  • Strong hands-on skills across SQL and JavaScript; Python experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles, with the ability to own discovery, scope deliverables, and manage client relationships
  • Able to coordinate across teams, manage dependencies, and escalate risks proactively
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to process improvements
