Ecommerce Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major E-commerce transformation programme for a well-established UK retail brand undergoing a significant digital shift. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in shaping the future of the online customer experience and driving increased digital revenue. What you'll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of key E-commerce initiatives across web and digital channels
• Owning the finalisation of the homepage experience, working closely with UX teams and external agency partners
• Driving omnichannel alignment between digital and physical customer journeys
• Leading workflow redesign across multi-channel teams including UX, ecommerce, product, creative, and marketing
• Managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligns with evolving E-commerce strategy

• Strong experience delivering E-commerce or digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of online customer journeys and digital trading
• Experience working with UX/design teams and agencies
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise digital platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing environments is a plus
