Requirements
- Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience troubleshooting cloud and infrastructure environments
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- A genuine interest in cloud technologies and modern IT systems
- MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

We're partnered with a well-established and growing MSP based in Poole that's continuing to invest heavily in modern cloud technologies and infrastructure services. Due to continued expansion and an increasing client portfolio, they're now looking for a talented 2nd Line IT Engineer to join their technical support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic technical environment where they can gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and continue developing their infrastructure skillset. You'll support multiple client environments, working across modern Microsoft platforms, networking technologies, and cloud-based systems.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in technical projects, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and escalations, giving you valuable hands-on experience beyond standard support work.
