2nd Line Support Engineer

• Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Experience troubleshooting cloud and infrastructure environments
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• A genuine interest in cloud technologies and modern IT systems
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

• £30,000 - £36,000 Salary

Due to continued expansion and an increasing client portfolio, they're now looking for a talented 2nd Line IT Engineer to join their technical support team. You'll support multiple client environments, working across modern Microsoft platforms, networking technologies, and cloud-based systems.
