Job description

This role will involve supporting users across multiple UK practices, managing onboarding, user accounts, IT hardware procurement, and acting as a key escalation point for IT support issues., * Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords across Active Directory & Microsoft 365

  • Support onboarding and IT setup for new starters
  • Coordinate IT hardware and mobile device procurement
  • Manage escalations with external MSP providers
  • Track tickets and support SLAs
  • Maintain IT asset inventories

Requirements

  • Previous IT Helpdesk / IT Support experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with internal teams and outsourced providers
