Job description
We are seeking a hands-on, client-facing IT Technician to provide onsite technical support to end users. This individual will serve as the front line of IT support, ensuring a seamless technology experience across hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working directly with users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1-3+ years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office/Office 365

Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred) for incident management

Strong customer service and communication skills in a client-facing environment
