Director Business Systems & Process Transform

IMS Gear is looking for a strategic, operationally minded leader to drive business process transformation and ERP modernization across our Americas operations. As Director, Business Systems & Process Transformation, you will serve as the primary business lead for our SAP S/4HANA implementation while strengthening regional IT operations and cross-functional process alignment across U.S. and Mexico facilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation for the Americas - from requirements through go-live and stabilization
• Harmonize and standardize end-to-end business processes across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Logistics
• Partner with plant and functional leadership to define "to-be" processes and drive adoption
• Manage project governance, implementation partners, timelines, and executive reporting
• Provide leadership and direction to the Americas regional IT function
• Champion change management, communication, and training efforts across all organizational levels

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 7+ years leading ERP, business systems, or operational transformation in manufacturing environments

• Experience supporting or leading SAP ERP implementations (S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes - supply chain, production, logistics, and finance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change
• Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
