Software Engineer II

Brady is looking for a Software Engineer to join one of our software development teams, using modern development practices and latest technology stack. Bring your engineering strengths and passion, to help Brady create industry leading SaaS solutions that meet the safety, identification, asset tracking, and compliance needs of our global customers. The core purpose of this position is to design and develop the next generation of SaaS solutions. If you love to solve complex problems, work with new development frameworks/cloud-based technologies, and push the envelope on existing technologies, we want to talk to you. Requirements:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor customer-facing cloud based software applications for mobile and web platforms using Azure, C#, .NET, Angular, Typescript, and MAUI technologies
• Analyze customer needs and requirements to design and implement effective software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and technical support to ensure successful project delivery
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Angular/Typescript (or experience in other modern web frameworks), Azure, and .NET MAUI
• Ability to leverage emerging Agentic LLM-based AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc
• Ability to collaborate and excel within a team of other skilled engineers
