Job description

We are seeking a mid level IT Support Analyst to provide on site technical and analytical support to a federal agency Chief Information Officer office. This White Glove IT support role requires strong customer service, executive level communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced federal environment supporting senior leadership., * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 White Glove IT support for CIO office staff and leadership

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
  • Serve as an on site IT point of contact for the CIO office
  • Coordinate issue resolution with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams
  • Support reporting, documentation, and IT operational tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, actions, and outcomes, * High visibility role supporting federal leadership

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • 4 to 10 years of IT support or IT operations experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive level users
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT tools
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, * Federal IT experience or prior CIO office support
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices
  • Public Trust or active federal clearance, * Bachelor's (Required), * Tech Support | SecOps | Delivery | CS | Incident/Request: 6 years (Required)
