Job description
- Lead the development of user interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define design strategies and solutions.
- Create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate interaction concepts effectively.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, incorporating research insights and performance data to improve existing features.
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and assets to streamline UI development processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Professional art or design?, * Minimum of 8 years of professional UX or related design experience.
- A degree in fields such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred.
- Experience in Asset Management or investment application design is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic design initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong skills in information architecture, prototyping, user research, and visual design, with effective communication and storytelling abilities.
