Data Integration Developer

• Mid-to-senior level developer supporting internal application and data initiatives within asset-focused environments
• Responsible for building custom applications to ingest, process, and visualize operational and enterprise data
• Hands-on development role using Python, SQL, and Linux-based systems (not a low-code environment)
• Partners directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive end-to-end delivery
• Collaborative, fast-paced team environment with expectations for strong ownership and minimal ramp-up time

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong application development background (beyond scripting/support work)
• Proficient in Python for application development, automation, and use of common libraries
• Strong SQL and database querying experience
• Solid experience working in Linux environments with mid-level command line proficiency
• Proven ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience independently managing timelines, priorities, and technical deliverables
• Comfortable working onsite in Richmond, VA

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Exposure to machine learning concepts or workflows
• Experience building internal, data-driven tools or platforms
• Background supporting asset-heavy or operations-focused environments
• Familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting
• Experience with backend data ingestion and visualization pipelines
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Linux server environments
