Desktop Support Technician

· Inventory and organize IT equipment

· Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories

· Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune

· Install software in a Windows 11 environment

· Update asset records in ServiceNow

· Deploying assets as required

· Assist with decommissioning old equipment

· Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Good communication and time management skills.
