Job description
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to verify software functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Design and develop scenarios for use in PR/CR Verification and Regression Tests
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and schedulers to ensure testability of requirements and alignment with project timelines.
- Track and report test execution status, generating detailed test reports and artifact packages for stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, or equivalent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; for example, engineering, computer science
- Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer
- Candidates must be US Citizens
- Experience leading and directing activities of a team
- Experience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process
- Experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
- Experience in the use of UNIX and Linux operating systems
- Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems
- Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external customers, * The successful candidate will possess integration skills and the ability to work independently in the following categories of integration:
- New system functionality integration
- Use and test case development
- Scenario design and development
- PR verification
- Regression testing
- Data Reduction & Analysis
- Analyzing identified issues and helping to determine a solution with System Engineering and Software Engineering
- Problem Determination
- A good academic understanding and/or exposure to system engineering practices to contribute to and/or assist with system integration, requirements engineering, operational and decision analysis, systems definition, requirements baseline control and management.
- Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment
- Air Traffic Knowledgeand experience working on Air Traffic programs
- Experience with conducting formal tests with a government agency / customer
