Job description
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize artificial intelligence tools and cloud artificial intelligence services, ensuring proper cloud or on-premises application pipelines with production-ready quality. Your work will include applying generative artificial intelligence models as part of the solution and may involve deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) is required. Expert proficiency in Database Architecture is recommended. Expert proficiency in Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning, along with advanced proficiency in Foundation Model Fine Tuning, Foundation Models, and AI Agents, is suggested. Additional responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate artificial intelligence models into existing systems and workflows.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for enhancing model performance and operational efficiency.
- Support and mentor colleagues by sharing expertise and promoting best practices in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and proposing improvements to current artificial intelligence applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, ML and exposure to Data
- Associate's Degree, * 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems that leverage LLMs, tool use, multi-agent collaboration, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong expertise in building agentic architectures capable of dynamic planning, reasoning, and decision-making to automate complex business processes.
- Skilled in integrating LLM as with APIs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and real-world tools to create robust, production-ready solutions.
- Proven success in leading end-to-end AI initiatives-from problem framing and data strategy to model integration and evaluation.
- Adept at applying frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, and custom agentic pipelines to deliver scalable AI automation.
- Known for bridging technical implementation with business impact by designing intelligent agents that significantly improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
