Job description
- Perform as an Associate Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
- Exhibits good communication skills, an energetic approach, and patience with customers.
- Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies.
- Assists with the resolution of technical problems and answers queries by telephone, in support of internal customers computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
- Awareness of operations surrounding multi-user computer systems, including collaboration with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians
- Able to support multiple networks, under direction ensuring necessary administration tasks are completed following all security policies and procedures.
- Follow documented technical processes and procedures in support of job duties as assigned.
- Report task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format.
- Awareness to working across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems.
- Support environments by means of ticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Raises issues that require senior level attention or involvement.
- Lifts and moves equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Work after hours, and weekends, as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
- Able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a SAP
- Able to obtain a Security+ CE within 6 months
- Basic understanding of Windows Server OS, * Active Secret SAP/SAR access
- Active Security+ CE certification
- 1 year of Information Technology experience with Windows Server Administration
- Basic knowledge of NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments
- Knowledge of Windows server domain management, including Windows AD, LDAP
- Awareness of basic network topologies
- Awareness of environmental monitoring tools (HBSS/Solar Winds/Splunk)
- Basic knowledge of scripting
- Awareness of system imaging as they pertain to enterprise environments
- Experience with Assessment & Authorization processes
