Job description

ADD Systems is looking for an application specialist to work directly with our customers and assist them with their use of our retail enterprise software. This key position works closely with our customers to assist them in their daily processing of financials, pricebook management and inventory reconciliation. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!, * Provide end user software support via telephone / email / web for retail accounting software, ADD eStore and Atlas Reporting

  • Research accounting discrepancies in daily paperwork and inventory
  • Troubleshoot technical problems
  • Assist with software set-up and configuration
  • Outgoing communication with team members and other departments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous convenience store / retail experience is preferred

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic accounting and inventory knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows
  • Knowledge of general networking a plus
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation a plus
