Requirements
A leading retail energy organization is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support complex integration efforts following a recent merger/acquisition. This individual will play a critical role in driving software enhancement, development, and large-scale migration initiatives across the retail business. This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on, technically fluent PM who can operate at the intersection of business operations, IT, security, and identity & access management (IAM). The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, politically sensitive environments and take full ownership of delivery from planning through execution., * Proven experience leading IT projects in M&A integration environments
- Strong background in retail energy or utilities, supporting residential and commercial customers (power/gas)
- Technical foundation with understanding of:
? Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
? System dependencies and integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders in politically sensitive or high-visibility environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical changes into business impact - Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts such as:
? SSO, MFA
? Active Directory (AD) groups
? Service accounts
? Conditional access policies
- Familiarity with how security and IAM decisions impact user experience, compliance, and operations
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent implementations or phased rollouts within enterprise environments
