Job description
Position Overview: Directs the evaluation of workforce structures, employee records, and payroll distribution models to design an optimized future-state cloud environment. This role acts as the primary Functional Lead bridging the gap between legacy Oracle EBS HRMS (including Employee Records, Position Management, and Recruitment & Onboarding) and complex Payroll processing rules.
Scope of Covered Modules: The selected consultant will be individually assigned to and responsible for evaluating the following core human resource modules: Human Resources Management System (HRMS Core, Position Management, Recruitment & Onboarding) and Payroll processing (Payment Distribution, Tax Compliance, and HR Integration).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Legacy Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of functional experience analyzing legacy Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll configurations.
- Cloud Experience: Minimum five (5) years of functional experience implementing or assessing Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Human Capital Management (HCM) and Global Payroll platforms.
- Mandatory Professional Certification: Must hold active, non-revoked professional-level certifications from a recognized Human Capital Management (HCM) software vendor (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday). These certifications must explicitly validate proficiency across all assigned sub-modules, specifically Core HR/Position Management and Payroll Processing/Tax Compliance. Verifiable certification identification numbers must be provided for procurement compliance.
