DevSecOps / Platform Engineer (Cloud & Edge Environments) - AGS 0527 SS#

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to support modern, containerized platforms deployed across cloud and edge environments. This role is critical in building and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical systems., * Deploy and manage containerized platform environments across cloud and edge infrastructure

• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance and scalability
• Build, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as RMF and STIG
• Support deployment and operations in high-security environments (IL4/IL5/IL6)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure secure delivery, This role is ideal for a DevSecOps professional passionate about building secure, scalable platforms in advanced cloud and edge environments. You will play a key role in enabling secure deployments, maintaining compliance, and supporting next-generation infrastructure solutions.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, The ideal candidate will have strong experience in container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and security compliance, particularly within regulated or high-security environments., * Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

• Proficiency in Docker and containerized application deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or similar
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (RMF, STIG)
• Experience working in regulated or high-security environments

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Platform One or similar defence-oriented platforms
• Exposure to edge computing environments
• Knowledge of container security and hardening practices
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
• Background in defence, aerospace, or other regulated industries
