Database Management Specialist (Active Secret Clearance)

• Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of databases across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• Assist with database configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security enforcement.
• Help implement compliance policies, execute routine data management tasks, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Contribute to migration efforts, reporting, and automation under the guidance of the Database Engineer Lead.
• Ensure stable, secure and efficient database operations that align with organizational and Microsoft 365 integration needs.

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in an IT related field.
• Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:

• Preferred Certification: Oracle OCP, Microsoft SQL Expert
• Preferred Major in Information Technology.
