Job description
- Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of databases across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
- Assist with database configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security enforcement.
- Help implement compliance policies, execute routine data management tasks, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
- Contribute to migration efforts, reporting, and automation under the guidance of the Database Engineer Lead.
- Ensure stable, secure and efficient database operations that align with organizational and Microsoft 365 integration needs.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in an IT related field.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred Certification: Oracle OCP, Microsoft SQL Expert
- Preferred Major in Information Technology.
