Job description
Kforce has a client in Fort Wayne, IN that is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET). Responsibilities:
- Build clean, scalable, and maintainable software aligned to business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on time and within scope
- Participate in technical solutioning, project planning, task estimation, and feature delivery
- Contribute to application design, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices
- Support production systems in a -you build it, you run it- operating model
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues, incidents, and root causes
- Improve team practices, application stability, supportability, and delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, or similar full-stack technologies
- Understanding of secure coding, software development lifecycle practices, and code quality standards
- Experience with Test Driven Development, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and developer tools
- Familiarity with Agile, plan-driven delivery, incident response, and production support
- Strong analytical, communication, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
