Requirements

Requested Qualifications

7 years experience planning, designing, implementing and integrating systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to Offender Supervision).

7 years experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE design patterns.

7 years experience in creating technical designs and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 or higher, WebSphere Application servers 6.0 or higher using JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).

5 years experience in developing application using JBOSS Drools Rule framework.

5 years experience in identifying and resolving application performance issues.

4 years experience in architecting, designing, and developing solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana.
