Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

• Support the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet modules.
• Assist with data analytics, population health reporting, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for Healthy Planet workflows.
• Document processes, build dashboards, and provide end-user support.
• Participate in projects for performance improvement, population health initiatives, and interoperability.

We are seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our team and support healthcare systems in leveraging Epic Healthy Planet for population health management, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Healthy Planet modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical data into actionable insights., * Hands-on experience with Epic Healthy Planet.

• Knowledge of population health management, quality metrics, and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Radar) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and technical teams.
• Experience with data validation, testing, and workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic Healthy Planet certification.
• Experience in Epic data extraction, reporting, or integration projects.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
