Job description
UST is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to design, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data center, cloud, and office environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, security, scalability, and performance while supporting business-critical operations and enterprise connectivity.
The opportunity:

Administer and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and data center network infrastructure.

Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure maximum uptime.

Implement network security policies, access controls, segmentation, and firewall rules.

Manage network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Support routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and QoS.

Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal IT teams for incident resolution and project execution.

Maintain network monitoring, ing, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements

Strong experience in enterprise network administration and troubleshooting.

Hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, or equivalent networking technologies.

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security.

Experience with firewall management, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions.

Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark.

Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and enterprise Wi-Fi deployments.

Experience with cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
-
Experience with SD-WAN, network automation, and scripting tools such as Python or Ansible.

Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cybersecurity best practices.

Exposure to data center operations and structured cabling standards.

Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise change management procedures.

Qualification:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.

7+ years of experience in network administration and enterprise infrastructure support.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Palo Alto PCCSA/PCNSA, or equivalent are preferred., system administration,network management,cloud platforms,cloud infrastructure,dhcp,identity and access management,infrastructure management

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
